Diana Roberts arrived in the United States from Budapest, Hungary with an International Marketing degree from Oxford Brookes, fluent Hungarian, and the kind of drive that only comes from building something from scratch in a new country. She calls it the emigrant edge — a hunger to out-prepare, out-research, and outwork everyone in the room.
She launched her real estate career on the most competitive stretch of coastline in America: the South Bay of Los Angeles. She earned her California broker license, built her appraisal expertise across thousands of residential transactions, and in 2011 co-founded Pier to Pier Brokers — her own independent brokerage in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach, where she served as Owner and Co-Broker. Under her leadership, Pier to Pier grew 400% and was featured in Business Wire and Hermosa Local as a breakout force in the South Bay market.
In 2019, Diana made the move to Compass as a Founding Member of the Compass Manhattan Beach / South Bay office — bringing her entire team and client base with her. Then in 2020, she and her family relocated to Austin, drawn by the city's energy and the lakes communities of West Austin. Today she serves as Team Lead and Principal at Compass Austin, heading a small team of agents focused entirely on West Austin's luxury market.

A degree in international marketing from Oxford Brookes gave Diana a foundation in global consumer behavior and cross-cultural communication — skills she deploys every day marketing luxury properties and guiding buyers from across the country and around the world.

She serves on the Serene Hills HOA Social and Welcome Committees, hikes Enchanted Rock, hosts neighbors, and sells real estate across Westlake, Barton Creek, Bee Cave, Lake Travis, and the communities she calls home — with the appraiser's eye that lets her see what a property is worth before the market does.
